On the Friday before the Marathon - For all registered runners new to our course, we have a special offer this year:
A free tour of the courses toughest stretches, at Sunnegga, Gant und Riffelalp with multiple time Zermatt Marathon finisher, Didi Walter. He completed his first run with us in 2006, and is now addicted to the unique mountain environment and looks forward to the run every year.
Meet in running clothes, ready to go:
Friday 05th July, 1.15 pm, Zermatt train station, at the information stand
Duration will be about 2.5 hours
(± 1 hour) in a slow comfortable jogging pace. It’s about 7kms in total. Hilly sections will be bypassed, as you will need your energy for the following day.... ;-)
